When it comes to mobile devices, try uninstalling the App, clearing your phone's cache and reinstalling it again.

If it doesn't work, it could be something on Microsoft's side and you can submit a ticket to Rewards support using the link below.

I just opened the Microsoft Rewards app on my Xbox One to see if I get a similar experience to yours and instead I now see everything is in French. It also appears to be an introductory page about the app instead of the expected Rewards content.

I'm an Alpha Preview Dashboard member so I'm going to file a report and try reinstalling the app.

I noticed this also yesterday when I was doing my rewards. It usually fixes itself, if not you ca always submit the issue through the feedback hub.

To report the issue, go to the app and then hold the xbox button, on the next screen you will see report a problem, after select new problem, apps, then select the Microsoft Rewards app.

It is the Xbox app - it's the exact same app that I use and you can see it's identical to mine apart from the Rewards tab being missing. When I load the Xbox Game Pass app on my phone it says I need to pay for Ultimate to get rewards, which is not true in the UK. All of my friends are on the normal £7.99 Game Pass.

There was a recent change to the program and if you're under 18 you will no longer be able to earn rewards through Xbox so you won't seen the hub. If you're over 18, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.
