    When I fill all field for the xbox repair.


    When i fill all field for the xbox one repair .Then I select one issue then there coming red wording line which I not read means error is coming.what to do now. I buy it from Canada I live in India. In India where I service my xbox.please tell me.

    I have the same problem, therefore I am not able to register the console. When I fill all the fields and click register that error appears.

    I am not sure if I can post this here or not.

    I am trying to chat with xbox support agent, when I sign in, it asks me for my full name, but I cannot fill it because the field are not active.

    I tried several browsers including edge, but I cannot write in the fields and I cannot start the chat.

    Usually this occurs when there is an unfilled field or something filled out wrong, check the information fields.

    Go to http://account.live.com and make sure all of your information is filled in correctly. That should auto-fill those fields.

    If not, you'll need to try phone support. If you post the region you're in, I can get you the number.

    Customer Support at Microsoft is appalling.

    I didn't 'forget' the information, I know every single piece of information associated with the account. The problem is that none of it was created in the first place, I never sent emails or messages with the account on this site as I only use it for xbl.
    I filled out all of the fields I could but the rest of the fields I was unable to fill as the information was never available to me in the first place. so no , I didn't 'forget' the information, and I never implied that I did in the first place.
