    When I connect to Xbox Live account my right stick on the controller stop working


    Hi folks!

    When I connect to my Xbox Live account my right stick on the controller stop working, it happens with all my three controllers.

    The strange thing is that the controllers work perfectly with all the other accounts I have and with all the games too.

    Pleas help! I'm wasting all my xbox live subscription...

    Controller problem

    when i dont sign in to any account i use my controller and it work perfectly..

    At the time I sign my account the sticks stop working butthe rest bottons are working..

    And when i sign off the account or change it the controller back to work!!

    Controller issues?

    Just this morning BOTH my controllers stopped working properly. The first controller the Right Stick won't work and when I switched to my other controller the Left Stick won't work.

    Has anyone else experienced this? It seems odd that both controllers would stop functioning properly at the same time.

    Update…I have the same problem on 2 different Xboxes and on 3 different controllers. This is garbage.

    Hello BallalldayYT, have you tried any procedures I would suggest, however try to do a firmware reversal on the control as shown in the link below.

    Thanks but I’m pretty sure it is the console update itself that happened yesterday that broke it. And there is not way to roll that back. And even the links provided are not updated to the new set up. Also will add directly connected by the USB C doesn't work either. It not a hardware problem like I said it does sense it in the tester and also if you go to Edge browser and try and move with the stick it make the curser disappear but not move. Also I’m not paying $199 for a bad update. Also when you try and roll back the firmware it says something went wrong you are already up to date.

    got mine at Christmas and my right stick back seems to work on it own. I just configure my controller to work around it. Could it be something to do with the stick position when booting up the controller
