When i change my region !!

Hi , when i change my region, all of my money in my account before changing region are gone ! How to resume it back ?

Before i have i think 57$ or 59$ , now after changing region it is become ZERO ! What is the problem please ? What should i have to do now ?

Sorry to hear about the region change troubles. Let's see if we can get to the bottom of this for you.

Looking into your account, it appears you initiated the region change today, 6/5. Region changes can take some time, so I would suggest waiting a few days for it to complete the transfer.

One other detail I am seeing, is you do not appear to have entered a valid US address. Are you actually physically located in the United States? If you are not actually located in the US, that could also be a reason why you are having troubles migrating your
region.

i changed my profile region from UAE to USA and it did't change i change it befour 3 hour ago and when i want to change it it's tell me

You have to wait your 3 months to change back

Didnt you read the clear warnings?

Currency doesn't transfer between regions as ms isn't in the business of exchange rates

Sorry you are having this trouble, and upon reading this thread I could see the best way to "approach" people needing assistance is to greet them and address their answer to members of the Community with kindness and respect rather than appear to have a
rude attitude towards them.

Some people are too concerned about changing their region to even consider the possibility of not reading what may get affected. While it is clear that it does state that before you're given the option to go ahead, mistakes will happen, I also make mistakes
with stuff.

We can’t transfer money between regions. Any money in your Microsoft account for your current region won’t be available in the new region."

Sorry to see that you have lost your currency, I don't think anything can be done about that for the time being as to change your region back it will have a 3 month wait. If you want to try and appeal this to the Xbox Customer Support feel free to contact
them. Money is money, and I would not like to lose money.
