When I bought FH3 UE. It did not subtracted my balance at all.

Yes it charges the full amount on my card.

I bought the game using my pc and it worked. The amount was subtracted from my account balance.

So it seems that for what ever reason, buying games using account balance cannot be done on the Xbox directly.

I bought FORZA HORIZION 3 UE on my preview console on June 14th. And it was under the new pro order system. And like other. To get money out my balance I buy it on XBOX.com. And the one buy history on the consle is saying it can't complete buy.

When you click to buy something and it brings up your microsoft balance click on it to change it. Then re click the same balance again. Awhile back my microsoft balance wouldn't show the correct amount. If I bought something it wouldn't subtract from
my current balance or if I added money it wouldn't change. It would be stuck on my original total. I had to check my order history online in my microsoft account to keep track of my real balance. I gave it days to fix itself but only constanly changing
my balance seemed to do the trick. However since the last system update it works fine now. Or try giving your console a hard reset. If that dosen't work then I would contact xbox support. Hope this helped you out.

Catan is not a new game. It's on deal of the week now, so it's 50% off. Where exactly did it say free? Before downloading it always asks for a final confirmation, showing your current balance and the amount that'll be subtracted from it.

I mean im with you on the frustration, but a formal complaint?

My friends are all playing and they bought the game in Jan, i played UE on day 1 and still nothing...
