    as I asked above , how can I stop this from happening? the page is always replaced with some ad, and it becomes a desperate race to combat this, othewise these pages keep coming

    Cannot claim free 360 game with gold

    I am unable to claim Castlevania: LOS with my xbox live gold i have tried both on my console and on the web on my pc. The game shows up at normal price. Plzz help.
    Got the same problem with ZA web page at full price, US page shows free. Can it be that some regions are neglected? When are they planning to fix this? This is not the first timešŸ˜’.

    Xbox stuff

    The link via Windows Xbox app and the web page seems to be broken at the moment. I am getting the same error from the web as you and the app is sending me to a "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found" page.

    Give it some time for them to correct it. I have written a trouble report. You should also. Go to https://support.microsoft.com to for that.
