    Hey xBATTLEFEILDx,

    It sounds like this could be one of two problems. One is that you could have incorrect video settings on your xbox. To reset it, follow these instructions.

    1.Make sure the disc drive is empty.

    2.Turn off the console.

    3.Turn the console on using the guide button on the controller.

    4.As the console boots up, press and hold Y while pulling right trigger on the controller.

    This will reset the display settings and restart the console.

    If this does not solve your issue, look through your tv settings. There might be a setting on your tv governing inputs that is on (or not on). Look through and see if any of them could cause this. If this does not work, or if you have any questions, let
    us know.

    My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.
