    hello what happens is that he tried to enter assassin's creed syndicate the game starts all normal but when he says press A to start the game appears checking additional content then the progress wheel freezes and sends me to the home screen of xbox one.

    help me I tried everything and it still does not work

    Have you tried to clear the cache by holding the power button for 10 secs? It could also be corrupt data on the account, so delete your profile from the console and re-download it again.

    Are you trying the same save all the time?

    I had a similar problem. The game always froze when entering the ratway vaults.

    I had to load an earlier save that was made before the freezing started then enter the vaults. Once I entered the vaults with the old save I reloaded the save I was having the freezes with then tried entering the vaults again and this time it worked. It
    stopped freezing.

    Why cant i confirm my card for gamepass ultimate

    When I go to the redeem section to enter my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, I get all the way to the 'Here is what you get' bit, I have options to choose 'CANCEL', 'CONFIRM' or 'VIEW TERMS'. When I select 'CONFIRM', the screen just freezes and doesn't do anything for ages.

    Tried coming in and out and repeatedly entered the same code but every time it freezes and doesn't do anything.

    Anything you can do to help, it is really annoying, never actually got the Game Pass and time is running out to redeem it. :(
