When ever i go to load a game i get a do you own this game (0x803f8001

Same here, not working, when i click on the game it come up with Do you own this game or app? error code 0x803f8001.

My XB1 games won't load ever since the update. It's says I don't own the game when I clearly do.

Just do one or all of the following to see if it works.

• methods to fix “Do you own this game or app?” (Error code 0x803f8001)” error on Xbox console
• Option 1. Power cycle Xbox one
• Option 2. Perform hard reset
• Option 3. Clean Windows Store cache
• Option 4. Set home console
• Option 5. Clear persistent storage data

I am having the same issue: I signed up to EA Access and its showing as active on my subscriptions. I have signed in however when I try to actually play the game after installing I get the message 'do
you own this game or app' with error code 0x803F8001

I finished downloading it, it still says (Do I own this game) if you have a game disc insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you’re signed in. If you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to get it at the Microsoft store. (0x803f8001)

What should I do?
