How come my xbox one keeps telling me i dont own the games im trying to play. They worked since the day I bought the Xbox and this mornin error code 0x803f8001. Then sends me back to home

I am having the same issue: I signed up to EA Access and its showing as active on my subscriptions. I have signed in however when I try to actually play the game after installing I get the message 'do
you own this game or app' with error code 0x803F8001

I finished downloading it, it still says (Do I own this game) if you have a game disc insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you’re signed in. If you don’t have rights for playing it, you’ll need to get it at the Microsoft store. (0x803f8001)
