When DVR can't performing an action, my keyboard will become hell of a maddness

For example, when I tried to capture game video and it pop an info telling me hardware doesn't meet requirement, or clicking record last 1min gameplay but failed. After that, almost all the keys became some random shortcut. A pop
out the Ink app, U pop out the settings. Switch back to the game doesn't work, pressing keys still pop out random stuff. Close all apps doesn't work either. Btw I could record my gameplay yesterday but today it suddenly stopped working.

Hard Drive Format

Every time I try to format my old hard drive, it says: Can't Perform Action-There was a problem performing that action :WTF!?
