When downloading games will disconnect the internet

Recently, there have not been any disconnects while play online games, that stopped happening like, four weeks ago about. I was having disconnect issues while playing single player games. When ever it disconnects during single player games, it happens
much more frequently than every 20 minutes.

There are lots of times when other people are using the internet and I am getting disconnected, but I also get disconnected when no one else is using the internet.

Should be disconnecting at all. My house is hitting 40mb/s download and 10mb/s upload.

When you said disconnected from live, did you completely disconnect the internet to the console or just log out of your account?

Logging out of your account will not do anything, you will have to completely disconnect the internet (settings-network-turn off wireless).

Do that, cancel the installation, and then restart the download.

This sometimes happens when you are trying to install a game and the update. Try disconnecting your console from the internet and letting it install the game, then hook it back up to the internet and let it download the update for the game. I have had this
same issues with a couple of my games as well and this worked for me.

also, when i disconnect my internet connection, the game starts and when i connect again to the internet, the game crashes

Like all Xbone games.. Always disconnect your internet connection first. Install the game from disk, then reconnect your internet. Start the game and download the patch.
