1. May I know what is the error message when trying to download the app?

2. When does the issue started? Is this working before?

So I am going to install games on my gamepass on xbox but were my drives are suppose to be it says 0 avaliable or unknown, how do I add a drive to it.

Sorry, we wouldn't be able to tell you if a certain title would or wouldn't end up on the Xbox LIVE marketplace because publishers decide this, not Microsoft. If you really wish to play these games it's suggested for the time being you purchase them in their
disc form as it's unknown when or if they will be available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.

There is however some good news for people that wish to download all of there games in a digital format, Microsoft did announce that all games coming out for the Xbox One will be available for digital download the first day they are released so no more waiting
around for them to become available on the marketplace. I know it's not something directly related, but I figure you'd want to know if you like purchasing your games digitally.

When I get no matches found it says "No room that matched your conditions was found."

When I get disconnected or when it won't connect it says "Your profile does not have access to online multiplayer. The following features will not be available : multi lobby, online battles and online parallel quests, timespace delivery, auto-patrols."

After it disconnects me it then takes me back to the main menu of the game and sometimes a second popup comes up that can say one of three things, one of which is from the game, the other two an Xbox popup stating that the service isn't available.
