When does the XBOX One comes to the Netherlands???

must get? it's a choice but Germany is the closest and easiest to get from Holland. You will get warranty and Microsoft NL will handle it, it was in the news . Also a few more weeks and I'll get mine from our friendly neighbours aswell .

You will have a 1 year manufacturer warranty and EU countries have a mandatory 2 year warranty, but I believe with that you deal with the retailer. I got mine from Amazon.de

Yes Microsoft Netherlands support defects on Xbox One and Kinect repairs, the box is getting better now with some improved updates into the beta the 50 hz problem and controller updates for our headsets. And yes they improving the dash at this time. I have
my Dutch cable box from ziggo running on my Xbox One {humax} and it works great to watch tv!! That localized story ahh crap we al speak English to our Kinect and that works great.

@Macro3key NL true, hope it gets released in Holland soon though, I'm not going to buy DLC until it has officially launched here. Also hope that we can get a choice if we want to use English or Dutch as language for Kinect voice commands and user interface
text, but that's just a personal wish.

The latest sad news i hear now is that Microsoft Netherlands does not repair Xbox one any more , so you have to claim your garanty into a launch country were they diliver the xbox one.There are more shops selling the xbox one into the netherlands but you
pay a high price!!. Mediamakt, gamestop,gamestore , redcoon but they sell for normal price.Retailers are not gonna wait for microsoft to sell their xbox one but it`s still a shame they still have no release date for it into the netherlands!!.

I try true differend channels to get an answer but microsoft still keeps the real answer under the hood.

That isn't the case though. PS4 also has games that arn't 1080p and Xbox One also has games that are 1080p. Xbox One natively outputs 1080p, some games might not be 1080p, but those are scaled up then.

It's about what the developers decide and a good balance. Ryse for example runs at 900p, but easily looks as good or better than anything PS4 has at any resolution if you ask me. Graphical fidelity is about so much more. Minecraft at 1080p will never look
better than a "real game" at 720p

It's a bit exaggerated example, but shows the point.

Take a look at early 360/PS3 games and compare them to end of generation 360 and PS3 games, it's like a night and day difference. Devs learned to make games so much prettier and more resource effective over the years, I don't see why it would be any different
now.

The UK, does not have dedicated support of TV Overlay, and neither does anyone else except US. But the console was still launched in these European Countries, So again. Tv Overlay is not an issue. As hundreds of thousands, if not over a million people in
Europe have purchased an Xbox One

Also, A lot of people in the EU are experiencing problems with the TV Passthrough, in the form of Juddering, from the Hz difference between the US and EU, as US runs at 60Hz, and EU runs at 50Hz. It has always been this way, even during the old consoles
of Snes and Megadrive (Drive). The US versions were considered better because they run at a higher Hz.
