when does my xbox one my home xbox reset

Hey im just wondering when I can transfer my home xbox again. I waited until the new year and I still cant. I lent my account to a friend of mine while I was occupied with work for a few months and they used all my transfers. when will they reset so I can
make my xbox one my home again.

Xbox one wifi, desperate for help

I've had my Xbox one for a little over a month and I just got home from vacation and I tried to play it but it reset my connection and now when I try to reconnect to my wifi the Xbox will shut off and reset itself every single time. I thought it was my power cord but I tried 6 different ones and I'm still having the same issue. I can play games offline but when trying to connect to the Internet and my wifi signal the Xbox will just shut off and turn back on with some weird Xbox starting screen

Xbox One disconnecting from Internet need help

I am have problems with my xbox one disconnecting from xbox live and when it does that it forces me to do a hard reset on my wireless router to get everything up and running again. I don't have this problem with my other consoles is there something wrong with my xbox one wireless signal or what so I do to fix this problem?

You can change which console is your home Xbox up to three times during a one-year period (reference link). If you feel you've already exceeded this, you might want
to reach out to Xbox Support as I'm pretty sure they can have this reset for you.

They probably will not reset it but from what I understand it is on a rolling 12 months (I could be wrong). What I understand is that each instant will fall off as it reaches the one year mark from when it was set.

Hi Bossyc,

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand your home console is not working for one game. Does the home work well with all other multiplayer games? You can try resetting the

home console setting. To do this on the console you have set as home, log onto the profile which has it as home. Go to the home Xbox setting and select remove my home Xbox. Once that is done wait few seconds and select make this my home Xbox on the same
console. This refreshes the settings and does not use a switch.

No one in the forums will be able to assist with a home console count reset. You'll have to reach out to

support directly.

Keep in mind there is no guarantee they will do so once a user reaches their limit for the year.
