Your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

you only get the deposits when you accumulate 5000 rewards points from doing rewards missions

When you sign into the rewards page do you get a message that your account is still being set up, or does it actually let you look through the site? If you're not getting a message about your account, then you're signed up.

I just checked that the date of becoming a member of my reward inside the XBOX Live Reward website is still blank.

Hi, Mixer Mixpot rewards are usually put straight onto the account if you have done everything you are asked to do to get the reward. You will also get a notification when the reward has been given to you.

You need to get to 100 points on the rewards site before they are deposited to your account. Doing the monthly survey is a good way of building them up as you go along, as well as being rewarded for referring people to the program and also when you renew
your gold subscription.
