When do my credits get added to my account?

Black Ops 3 Digtial Deluxe Billed Inncorrectly

Hello everyone

Okay so here is what happened, I preordered the digital deluxe version of black ops 3 and was sent a code to download a $100 store credit. when I went to check out on my xbox one it said I need to added a credit card to cover additional fees. so i added
my bank account and now xbox just charged the whole $108.04 to my bank account and didn't use my $100.00 credit. I can't get a hold of anyone in support and I work soon. Any suggestions on what to do here?

request my 2500 points on the first 1 then on the 14 bought the 10,000 credits with my vip points will that reset my first request
