When do i get my Punchcard rewards?

I pre-ordered Dishonored 2, WatchDogs 2, and Resident Evil 7 before Dec 31, 2016 in an effort to receive 15,000 points. I have not received them yet. When can I expect to receive my Punchcard rewards? Thanks in advance.

Didn't get rewards points for last months past/present/future punchcard

As title said, didn't get 15k points for the past/present/future punchcard. I checked the FAQ as I was buying items, so everything should have triggered.

My personal requests for improving the rewards program would be to have punchcards update more frequently (daily at least). Also, put a button on the punchcards page to create a support request when inevitably something does get counted.

Apologies for the inconvenience. While the final punch for Resident Evil 7 was supposed to be awarded 96 hours after release, we are investigating some users who have not received this punch automatically. While our platform team investigates why this is
occurring, we will manually adjust your account for completion of the offer. You should see the Credits pending by the end of next week, at the latest.
