when do i get my 500 points for buying contra?

it said on microsoft rewards on the xbox that if i bought contra between aug 3-6(i think) that id have 500 mr points. its the 6th and i still have not goy it yet. when i do the other activities that gives lesser amount of points they worked fine. plz help

i added my paypal account to this profile earlier today so that i could buy some microsoft points. i wanted 1400 points, which meant buying 1000 points then 500. i bought the 1000 points in my browser no problem, and then i tried to buy the 500, and it gave
me the message in the title. how do i trick this website into working properly?

As Smwutches says, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, as stated in our FAQ:

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
