    When creating a gamertag, the "lets go" button will not work?


    Hi!

    I've been trying to set up a gamertag through Xbox with my microsoft account. When i sign in on the Xbox website, it takes me to a screen where i can choose a gamertag and a profile picture, after ive choosen a gamertag that isnt already taken or anything, i cant get the lets go button to work at all, ive tried clicking on it and it just does nothing.

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you please confirm if you are doing this on Xbox website through mobile or PC? If possible, please try to use a different connection like data/hotspot and a different browser, and see if the same issue will persist with the button not working correctly.

    It could be a temporary issue as there are multiple tickets regarding this on the forum, if you are on PC please try to report this through the Feedback Hub. https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...

    xbox just wont let me make an account.

    I tried it on another network, disabled my firewall, proxy, and antivirus software, and it still didn't work. I even tried it on my phone, I created my gamertag, but when I pressed the lets go button, it just stayed on the same screen.

    Let's Go button does nothing when picking a gamertag

    Bro Microsoft has the worst website. It’s so slow never works and ITS IMMPOSSIBLE to contact support I’ve been trying to make an Xbox account to connect it with mincraft and I can’t because the button does absolutely nothing and I’m not gonnna wait 3 days for a reply I tried a different network and nothing is working any advice ?

    Just as a heads up, we are currently receiving multiple reports regarding this particular account creation issue, however, no official announcements have been made by Microsoft .In the meantime we can just perform troubleshooting steps.

    Have you tried using a different network?
