Unfortunately, there is no information about that particular error specific for Xbox.

However under Windows this hints at a corrupted app package.

It MIGHT be caused by the following:

If it was a downloaded game, the download became corrupted. If it came from disc, the copy process from disc encountered a read error, and copied corrupted data. In both cases, delete the game from your console and re-download it or copy it from disc again.

It might be that the storage device on which the game is downloaded/copied is defective. Try copying/downloading the game to a different storage device. So if you used the Internal HDD, try to download/copy the game to an external USB3.0 hard drive. If you
used an external USB drive, download it to the internal hard drive.

Also, it's never a bad idea to hard reset your console by holding the Xbox power button on the right side of the console for about 15 seconds. Unplug the power supply for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

Then start the console again and see if your game starts now.

Hi. I have an xbox one with an attached external seagate 1TB drive which is half full. It is configured to install new games to the external storage and has been for a long time.

My son has the latest COD game install on the external drive taking up just over 100GB space. Internal drive almost out of space now since the War Zone 100GB update a few days ago and when I checked what is installed it also has the COD files on it. I cannot
select move to external as it says they are already there. I have no option to delete internal storage copies of files, only to uninstall.

Question: how can I remove internal copies of files without deleting game from console? I am scared if the 'uninstall' option will delete from external storage as well.

I suggest you go in the My Games & App section and select the "Internal Archive" option with the filter and then try unistall the game. You can also remove the external drive in order to be sure that you are deleting only the copy that is in the internal
drive.

hi - you can move all of your internal games contents and apps onto an external drive (subject to space). there will still be some contents on your internal such as the operating system. if power is interrupted or the drive is disconnected you will just
need to plug it back in and it will work OK. Transfers dont take long between drives as usb3 is quite fast.

You can easily copy games between internal and external storage like a hard or flash drive.
