    Does anyone know when Console Streaming will begin? Unfortunately I will not be able to use the xCloud software, because my country (Romania) is far from any Microsoft datacenter. The delay is a bit big and I can't use the service. I hope the Streaming Console works well, if there is a direct connection between the phone and the console. But if the data goes a long way to Microsoft, then you may never be able to use these services. And I don't think Microsoft will open a new datacenter in my region.

    The cross-platform and console streaming (IMHO) could be the most recent future. VR is still at the beginning and it's still necessary to develop it well (PSVR succeeds in part, but it isn't revolutionary).

    Unfortunately the PC version of Fallout 76 is not cross save compatible with the Xbox version of the game. If you play on GamePass streaming or an Xbox console you'll have to start at the beginning.

    Yes a webcam will work with your console. Microsoft recommends Logitech C920 HD Pro or Logitech C922 HD Pro Stream. In the beginning I just used an regular webcam and it worked.

    There appears to be a problem now trying to stream games from Xbox related platforms. It should be fixed fairly soon, allowing you to begin streaming again.
