When clicking on my profile the password page is not popping up instead the screen flickers ...

When clicking on my profile the password page is not popping up instead the screen flickers and a flash of a white message saying just a moment pops up briefly. But if I choose another older profile which I don't even use it takes me to the password screen.
Is someone using my profile or something?

Can't play any Indie game i downloaded, please help!

No. nothing pops up saying "a update for this game is available. update now!" just that one message keeps popping up.

I had an update this morning, but I don't see what it was for. My main problem is when I go to multi-player, click on Xbox Live, a window pops up saying "connecting to Xbox Live" (anywhere from 3/10 seconds). Then when that clears, another window pops up
saying "fetching on-line profile" ( another 2/5 seconds). Sometimes, after both these windows do their thing, then the "connecting to Xbox Live" window pops up again. Sometimes it takes 15/30 seconds, with all these windows popping up, just to get past the
"main" on-line screen to get to the map or game screen.

Super odd issue you're describing. Since this first began have you tried a full power cycle of your Xbox One? Hold down the power button for 10 seconds (or until the Xbox One powers off) and wait 30 seconds, then give it another try.

If you're still having issues after a power cycle try removing your profile from your Xbox One, power cycle once more, and then add it back. The steps for this can be found on

this page.

Ok, finally figured it out evidently when the update went into effect it logged my profile out completely, so when trying to connect it was not seeing my password. I had to connect to my network manually while not logged in to a profile. Once connected to
the Internet, when I tried to log in to my profile the enter password screen popped up, entered my password and it is keeping me logged in to the profile now.

So I have this problem too. Mine happens like this. I sign in, get the prompt to put in my email and password. I do that, and a screen comes up asking to remember the password or not. When that happens, my live starts working again. So i click through that
screen and an error code pops up, exactly the same one you experienced. I click ok, then it starts me back at the beginning of the process all over again...Right? From there, I press the middle xbox button until that screen goes away and live works.

I am having the same problem. I keep trying to download my profile and both the email and password are correct and the same code error (8015000a) keeps popping up on my screen

The first part, about removing the account worked like a charm, thanks

The second part, not so much.

It goes into the screen "signing in" then I get an error "You'll need this profile's Microsoft account password to sign in", click ok, have to put in the app password, next screen click "remember password" then "sign in".

It signs in fine, but it refuses to save the password.

It's an annoyance to have to keep typing the password instead of just having the game start up and play....

This is a recent issue, I didn't have to log in like this a few months back that I recall anyway.
