When can you refund again after you had your limit refund

You can apply for a refund at any time but this does not mean that the order will be accepted.

A year after the last refund

And abusing it will earn you a marketplace suspension until you are more sure of your purchases

Believe me Diablo 2 needs to be an exception

Means that after they reviewed it, it was still found to violate the terms of the refund request. I imagine that if you purchased it within two days and requested a refund and it was denied, you may have had too much play time on the game to receive a refund or you have exceeded your refund limit.

The refund policy isn't try before you buy

It's for honest mistakes

If the enforcement team sees a lot of returns just abusing the refund policy that's when they limit your refunds

Hence why I mentioned it's best to use it only when you need it

No, as long as you're not doing it intentionally to abuse the refund system, you won't be banned. Again, just be aware that there is a limit to the number of refunds you can make per year, so I recommend only doing it when it's genuinely necessary.
