when can roblox game get a refund if my child bought it?

Although the Roblox game is free it belongs to Roblox Corporation, i.e. as much as your child has the Microsoft account, so that he can play Roblox the account must be linked to the Developer of Roblox.

Thanks for the reply, Hopefully more people will read this and put up simillar outcomes. Can you give more details about the game your child was aloud to spend on? Roblox, Minecraft and the reason they gave for you not qualifying for an instant refund?

I have bought more before. It was directly from the Windows Store version of the Roblox applicaton. It worked, completely. But this time, I didn't have the roblox app installed, so I believe that was the reason.

The platform I am using to play Roblox is my PC.
I bought more before, on the same platform.

If I could get refunded, I believe I can just get myself another one of these -- if it's true that I can only obtain it using an Xbox console.

Roblox doesn't have a forum. It's disabled. And you can only contact them through email. And like I said, they refuse to give any refunds what so ever, even if it's just Robux, in game currency.

The game devs are not even capable of giving refunds, that's what Roblox customer support says.

Roblox is a scam. They are quick to take your money, but if you didn't get the thing you payed for, they won't give you your money back.
