When can I get my dark souls 1 code.

So I call Xbox and the first rep . Was ridicules didnt even try and help me tryed telling me I get the code the day Darksouls3 comes out as a add on then left me on hold for a half hour in till I hung up then called back got this dude Andy totally helpful

Dark souls code for xbox one

I preordered dark souls 3 to get the code for dark souls 1 I pre ordered on Feb 16th it is no march 3rd. I got my code for dark souls 1 today march 3rd but when I try to redeem the code it says I already own this game but when I lock for it in my downloads
it isn't there for my xbox one and that is where I wanna play it. When will dark souls 1 be backwards compatibility on the XBOX ONE so I can redeem my code and play my game.

 

Dark Souls 3 Purchase

So when I bought Dark Souls 3 I was told I was supposed to get a digital code for Dark Souls 1 with the purchase. On the Xbox Store when I purchased Dark Souls 3, it said "Get Dark Souls 1 with a purchase of Dark Souls 3." So I waited a little over
a week to get the code and never received it. I looked everywhere for the code and never found it. So please Xbox, help me out with this and hopefully I can receive the code. I contacted Xbox Support and they told me to go here and get help here. So please
help me get the Dark Souls 1 code. Thank you.
