When can I expect my refund? Still need $60.

Hello, for nearly a month now I have been waiting patiently for my refund for Xbox Live Gold Service that I never received. Not only was I charged, once, but three times for a service that I never had the opportunity use. Of those three charges, two were
refunded, and now I'm still waiting on the remainder. For this issue, I was granted a month of gold for free, that expired today, where in truth I should have had three years due to their **** up.

Everyone I had spoken to was helpful, don't get me wrong. But I find it ridiculous how only the last person I spoke to actually noticed my full issue and yet its still not being taken care of.

I would thoroughly enjoy having my complete refund, and also a complimentary service of the Gold to show they understand my complaint and display that this will not occur again in the future for me or for anyone else before this gets any further out of hand.

I would expect you to know all about 5#!t,you will still be cleaning toilets when you're 60.Least you can afford elite ehh.

Tenure still wrong

My xbox live tenure is still incorrect it says one when it should be 2 when can i expect a working fix

Wesley, as mentioned above it usually takes from 3 - 5 business days ( or more depending on your bank institution) after the refund was approved to go back to your payment method, but some days ago there was a warning on the Xbox website mentioning that there were delays on the refund process, so that may have influenced a little your refund, that is why it is taking a little more time, okay?

Keep in mind wr just had the holidays and becausr of some issues last week refunds were delayed it's fine now butt is 3-5 business days after approval and it depends on your bank it could br next billing cycle or the day of it depends on your card holder agreement

Hey there, Keep in Mind I am Not Xbox Support nor do I work for Xbox.
Refunds usually take 3-5 business days but I've seen and heard that Refund request are running very slow right now. I'd say wait a day or two then contact Xbox Support IMO; reaching out to them right now won't hurt your chances of this getting resolved.
