    Changed email address and pc login due to an id fraud attempt. Now when I try to play Microsoft Solitaire Collection I don't fully log in. Get a message that I am not connected to the Xbox cloud.

    Can someone help me solve this. I've exhausted all my ideas?

    If you try sign in with your account here https://account.microsoft.com/profile
    Are you able to do it properly?
    Also, where are you experiencing this? On PC or Mobile phone?

    And, please tell me which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Just installed a new boot disk and installed solitaire collection on it and I'm getting the same message. Before the new device and new copy of win 8 no problems. I can log into xbox but this doesn't carry across to solitaire collection. A bit frustrating.
