    When are you going to fix the series X? or even better get the games working on it?


    Its been awhile now and most games on my new series X are crashing . when are u going to fix this problem? and yes I have the correct versions of the games ...... . pretty bad, paid all that money for a new console and I can't even use it.... . doesn't
    even seem like ur addressing the issue, just a bunch of other stuff.... u would think the main priority would be getting all the games to work on it.... and not crash a few seconds into playing a game..... . A post about what u think the problem is, and not
    just a bunch of nonsence about resetting the console , plus a possible fix date would be nice to know...

    I think it's really a matter of choice. The good news is that all games released on the Series X will be available on the One X so you can get the One X now and when you're ready upgrade to the Series X and all those games go with you. But if you really

    Dying Light 2 only 30 fps on Series S... What a disgrace!

    Dying Light 2 is a big game and highly anticipated. Series S owners are paying a next-gen price for the game and will wonder why they're only getting a last gen 30 fps performance.
    Remember, you're not stuck with the Series S version. When availability gets better you can always exchange your S for an X. When you upgrade, you'll get access to all the Series X features for this and other games.

    I upgraded my Series S for an X.

    Hi, yes that will be so, if you bought a game for the XBOX One, it will run better on the XBOX One X (FPS and loading times) and run even better on the XBOX Series X (FPS and loading times)

    If you are playing Xbox One games on the Series X, you are not going to see much of a difference except for frame rate. When you get Xbox Series X games, then you will see a lot more difference.
