    Hello!

    The problem in which you my console tells me that my Xbox 360 profile cannot access Xbox live when I’m using it through my Series S has been going on for a very long time now. It affects a lot of people and the problem is not on our end. There is something that needs to be fixed on your end. I’m just curious about how long it will take for Microsoft to have this issue fixed? It’s been going on for a long time now and it’s very important to me/us that it gets resolved. Has the problem been pin-pointed yet? Maybe you all don’t know how to fix it? Are you all even trying to fix it?

    Not trying to be rude, we just want some answers because it has stopped us in our tracks when trying to play some of our favorite games that we’ve grown up with.

    Having the same issue. Go to play Titanfall on my Xbox One, says I need a gold subscription. When I go to sign in on my 360, it kicks me off of Xbox Live even though I can fully connect when I test my connection. It makes no sense, especially when it says
    online I still have a subscription. I hope this is fixed quick.

    There's no permanent fix to a temporary issue that involves multiple companies working together to provide a service. Nothing is going to work 100% of the time. Once a problem has been identified it should show up on https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status
    (which is you check currently it is). This means Microsoft is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it with all parties involved.
