i hope someone responds. I am having the same problem, and it looks others were having this issue back when the game was released. We are supposed to recieve a promp to download it from the store, but i never recieve the message.

Battlefield 1 operations not rewarding sweepstakes competition entries

So I have downloaded the battlefield 1 beta and also pre ordered the game but have recieved no subsequent rewards therefore mentioned, apparently I am supposed to recieve these as well as Xbox rewards that haven't been rewarded any support would be grand

I'm also waiting for that reward as well and was told we are suppose to recieve it on November 1st and it is now November 5th . I also contacted live support and they did not do anything about it.
