    Do you mean Windows Media Center?

    They're not.

    They found that only a small segment of people were using it and decided to scrap it and use the resources elsewhere.

    I think he/she is talking about media streaming...which is now accomplished using Play To, I think.

    I have no idea....I stream all my videos through a WD Live Hub.....best video player out there in my opinion, plays nearly every video codec out there. 99% of all my digital movie collection (about 4-5 thousand titles) is .iso and stored on a couple of large
    network drives. Between the WD and my Tivo all my video needs are covered, I use the xbox one for games.

    There's no timeline for full DLNA. All we know is that it is supposedly coming at some point.
