    When are the power bingo rewards going to work


    Rewards for completing power bingos are supposed to be given when the community goal is completed but this is simply not working. It now owes me 640 keys - I am not the only one complaining and it is not the first time I have complained so when is something
    being done about it please.

    not receiving power card rewards

    Hello under your power bingos it states you will receive your reward when the community goal has been reached which happened overnight this morning I expected to receive 15 keys as I had passed the 5 power bingo marker yet I have not received anything so
    what the point of playing power bingo if you don't get any reward? Please help

    Non Rewards

    Well I have earned the rewards - but todate no power bingo rewards have been given - I have tried exactly completing the number of bingos required - I have tried over completing the number of bingos required - I have tried being there when the community
    task has been completed - I have tried being no-where near it - but the rewards from the power Bingos in Microsoft Bingo are completely missing - the system owes me hundreds of Keys by now but still no rewards - how do you get these? Do need to be doing a
    handstands just falling over at the time the community goal is achieved? Is this just a complete figment of Microsofts imagination - Do we need to start a crowd funded class action over the missing rewards?????? - WHat is going on

    When that happens that bingo server is completely messed up and you won't get any reward. Close out of bingo app completely and open it again, and you will probably get onto a different bingo server that is working correctly.

    Hey Fiddler2788! Which card did you achieve this with? You may want to try logging out of the account through the Xbox app and then singing back in to see if that updates your key total. If that does not work a reinstall of the app
    would be the next step. Post back and let us know how it goes!

    power card rewards not received &very buggy

    Hello again,

    The bingo audio issue has happened twice, both when I was trying to enter the bingo very quickly before the match ended.

    In regards to the power cards, does a reset mean that we will lose any of the rewards that we have accumulated? That's almost 200 keys for me.

    Three other issues I have noticed are - a power card number selection not registering, it showed as selected on the power card and in the number list but when the number was called it was not shown as a power selection. Also, if you leave the game for a
    period of time, sometimes the controls at the beginning (play, community button, collection button) do not works requiring a restart of the system. Lastly, when in the rewards portion you cannot use the plus button beside the keys to purchase more keys, you
    have to click on a piece of luggage to get the 'buy more' button to appear.

    Hi, While the app is working much better after the update, I still am not getting my community or personal rewards from the Power Cards. I don't know whether I should stop playing the Power Cards until this issue is fixed as currently it is a waste of coins.

    Just an FYI, I had to download the latest update to Windows 8.1 in order to get Bingo updated.

    Also not all of the bugs have been fixed - this morning I called a Bingo and the audio said Bingo but on screen it called it a bad bingo and blocked me out, the squares were shown correctly in green.
