When are the developers going to fix/balance Texas Chain Saw Massacre?

I've noticed this game has devolved to the point that the outcome is almost exclusively a) Troll game where the family gets bullied by the victims (go figure?) or b) New/novice players starting out and getting crushed. There doesn't appear to be a happy medium.

Seriously, I thought this game was about the victims escaping from the family? Instead, I see victims setting off as many exits as possible, congregating around exits to troll/sit on the map as long as possible in the interest of racking up as many points as possible, but definitely NOT escaping. I can't tell if the devs designed it this way on purpose just hoping to keep these kids' interest longer by allowing this, but it's silly. Yes, I could choose not to play the game, but doesn't that defeat the purpose of creating it, i.e. for people to play? There sure seems to be a lot more victims playing vs family, which would indicate an obvious imbalance.

Some changes that might help:

1. Add more exits and completely RANDOMIZE which ones are accessible each game. This would tone down the trolling/boredom of victims by actually making it more challenging to escape. To make it fair on the family, make it so they cannot tell which exits are active, either, so they can't simply sit on them, but would have to move/strategize/rotate.

2. Lower the points as time goes on that players can achieve. This might help keep them from lurking/trolling and actually encourage them to leave the game, i.e. escape. If a victim dies, they lose ALL points. The sooner they escape, the more bonuses they receive. Gambling is rewarded while also being penalized.

3. Add more penalties to the victims for tangling with the family. The key here is avoidance, not confrontation. Possibly increase cooldowns for picking family members/Leland's shoulder attack.

4. Reconfigure the exits so that the moment the victims step outside, they're off the map.

Just some food for thought. The game has some potential for sure. Feel free to add some more ideas, maybe the devs could use some fresh ones.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding The Texas Chain-Saw Massacre game on the Xbox app. It's possible that the game is not available in your region, which could be why you're not able to find it. If you are trying to play via the cloud, cloud gaming is not available in Bulgaria, only PC game pass which requires you to download it like any other game
