when am i able to msg my friends again?

i got banned for communications last week and its been 7 days and i havent been unbanned why is that the reason????

Cant connect to Xbox Live.

After trying to connect, i decided to try and log on anyway.... and it worked to some extent.

I can see that I have friends online and am able to send them a msg but when i try and do other things i get things error msg:

status code: 80072ee2

Request to change gamer tag . My child is being harassed

Also set contacts to friends only

as non friends will not be able to contact or msg

If the ban has lifted and you are still unable to communicate try removing the account from the console and re downloading it.
