When 360 servers shutting down confirmed?

Hi, this wrong place to post but can't find the 360 forum as I'm on phone so it harder and want to know the confirmation of severs 369 shutting down? Hope they down as original Xbox didn't shut down till 5 years later

i was worried cause i was like hmmm ill purchase it but then i was like what if they cut the servers off alongside the 360 and ps3 servers lol

The PlayStation is destroying itself.

 

Nothing official has been announced by Microsoft & considering backwards compatible games on the xbox one run on the 360 servers it would be a bit stupid to shut them down.

 

Sweet so they not shutting it down on 360 thank god, so any 360 compatible game I want to play avatar bender on Xbox one will they make it all the 360 onto Xbox one?

 

I want to play all old games that does easy achievements like avatar

 

There isn't an entire list of what games will be backwards compatible yet.

 

It won't be every game and doubt that game will make the list wasn't it rated really bad?

It's not getting shut down. You will be able to still play your favourite games on the Xbox 360.

A lot of people still play on the Xbox 360 and the backwards compatibility feature on the Xbox One will be using the same servers for the backwards compatible Xbox 360 games.

So you have no need to worry about them shutting down for several years.
