What's your thought about Xbox One 1 Tb.?

Hi,

as a Xbox One owner since Day One, I think it's sad that they didn't put a 1 Tb. hard drive in the first version. When you see that almost every games on this console are more than 60 Gb...

Same thing for the wireless update for the controller. It should have been in the first version. Why they didn't thought about that first?

What are your thought about the new Xbox One?

Will you sell the one you already have to get the new one?

Exactly. You cannot come into this game, pick up the pad and win. It has a learning curve, I'm about half way through learning my medic. I still need to learn fully what some of the buffs do but loving it so far.

 

yeah.. yanno.. let me sell a console I paid $499 and get back maybe $200.. go out and spend another $250 on top to get the 1TB and then the kinect.. just to gain 500 Gb..

OR

Buy a 2TB external for $150??

1TB: I think it would have been great for them to release this at launch. Considering it doesn't take much to fill up the hard drives now. Having an bigger hard drive choice at the start would have been nice. And maybe see them release a 2 or 3TB console
afterwards.

Wireless Update Controller: My personal thought on this is "meh".. I much rather plug the controller in during the update, and just set it down... Plus I think it's less likely to have interference with something when it's plugged it. And even though the
3.5mm jack is on the bottom of the controller to me it just looks kinda stupid.

No, it's not worth the upgrade IMHO. I much rather just delete content that I no longer will play to free up space.

 

I actually feel like 1tb is the same as 500gb, useless in this generation.

Until there's like 3tb+ and a slimmer version of the console itself I won't see the need to upgrade. Though to be honest, I will upgrade as soon as there's a slimmer version. The space is inconsequential when you have a 4tb hard drive.

 

i already have a 3tb external drive no need to buy new one.

 

When I buy another one, the extra memory won't offend me. Lol.

 

Ok if you haven't already got one or looking for a second one, but you will eventually need more anyway. Money best spent on external drive.

If it had have been in at launch it would have cost more than it did and it's launch price was already outrageous for some.

As to the controller the wireless update stuff will be good when I eventually need a new one and the 3.5 jack makes little difference as the headsets I own are all 360 compatible ones with a 2.5 jack and still need some kind of adaptor.

 

They should have made it day one. No point in buying another console just cuz its 1TB when you have external HDD support.
