What's your first Game!

Fable on the Xbox. Played it at a friends and bought the game before I even owned the Xbox. I was getting it for Christmas, so I went ahead and grabbed Fable. I was too excited.

Perfect Dark Zero on the Xbox 360. I got *** over by Gamestop and didn't get my Xbox 360 on launch. I had Perfect Dark preordered and I sat and stared at the box for two months till I finally found a 360.

On the One, I had a job this time around so I grabbed a TON of games with it. I brought home 9 on release day, but I consider Killer Instinct my first. It's the game I committed to first and the first game I played on the One. I was so freaking excited for
it.

So far, I've made pretty good "First Game" purchases when I buy a new system. They always go on to be one of my favorites of the generation. I think the only exception has been the Playstation 4. Brought home Killzone, Knack, and Ghosts. Hated all three.

What is wrong with Microsoft Solitaire Collection? Won't let me play, Error code 102, go to FAQ Archive - Microsoft Casual Games as instructed, and "Bad Gateway". What's up with that!!? Microsoft, you are still having major issues with Bingo, haven't been
able to redeem free tickets or coins for over a month, my gifts have been taken from me, I have been advised that I can't gift friends, bingos/power balls have been lost due to problems with the connection, and now we can't access your Solitaire games???
You just had an unveiling of your new products. How can the public have any faith in them if you can't keep your long-standing programs functioning properly? You should have some of the finest techs on board but they are failing miserably.

@DantSparda504: You really didn't like the new Killzone or Knack? Was there something specific?

 

I haven't enjoyed the Killzone series since the first game. It feels so clunky and unimaginitive. It had a terrible campaign and story. Just no fun at all. I got it part of a bundle with the PS4 from Best Buy. Wouldn't have bought it otherwise.

Knack just...it just felt half way there. They tried to go for that whole Crash Bandicoot plat former style of game play but didn't really seem like they evolved it. I felt like I was living in the past, which isn't a good thing because that style of game
just hasn't aged really well. Far too linear and just not exactly fun.

You know I cant remember the first game i got for X360

but I remember when I got Xbox console I got it for the online play - and the first games were moto gp demo for online and Links (golf game) then I think for the xbox 360 it was project gotham racing - or was that the first xbox... i cant even remember

REALLY, STOP TELLIN PEOPLE ON THIS FORUM HOW GREAT THE X1 IS. IT FEELS LIKE YOU ALL WORK FOR MICROSOFT. MY SYSTEM WONT READ THE DISC INSERTED AND SO I WENT THROUGH THE PROCESS TO GET MINE BACK WITH FED EX. SO I GO TO THE FED EX STORE AT OFFICE MAX, AND I

Xbox 360 - Assassin's Creed (one of the reasons I bought the console).

I didn't have the original Xbox.

My first games machine was a "TV game" that my uncle bought for me and my sister in the late 1970s. It had tennis, squash and football (all variations of hitting a square "ball" with a bat) and it came with a light gun so you could play *** shooting or duck
hunting (shooting the square "ball" with the gun, lol).

My first handheld was a Nintendo Game & Watch called "Turtle Bridge" which I got near the end of summer 1982: -



I'd owned a lot of consoles and handhelds since then, but I really can't remember the first game I got on each system!

 

xbox - none, I was a PS1/2 user

360 - Dirt - Loved that game, dirt 2 as well, not so much the ones that cam after

X1 - Ryse

360 Quake 4

Props to people who can remember the first game on the oldies. I can't remember mine lol. All I remember is Crash Bandicoot.. he was awesome!

I didn't have the original Xbox. On the 360, my first game was Modern Warfare 2, which I loved and played for many hours! On the X1, my first game will MOST likely be Assassin's Creed: Unity.

 

First ever game at home was Pong, then hand held Astro Wars!
