What's your biggest surprise/disappointment of Gamescom so far?

Phil Spencer should show a couple of more new IP surprises at Gamescom. BTW Xbox One rules.

 

That was all part of the announcement though. Share play just as useless. If the game supports it and you enjoy that with certain sports games and streaming the game to friend. All sounds a bit of a gimmick.But if its what your looking for. I also cant imagine
the other option of wanting someone else to play part of a game for me.

 

No it was two different things I would be happy to go into more detail but I am not allowed. Look it up and read about Share Play it's not useless just because it's on another console.

 

Share Play is a great idea and I believe many will love it. Can't see myself using it, but nonetheless a great idea.

It will be using the same software that will be used in the next PS4 update 2.0 just using for different methods. I know all about it. I never said its useless because it's on another console. I said its useless to me even if I had it on X1. I would never
use it for the reason I said.

On the other hand the original Xbox Family share I would have definately used if only to try some games for myself that a friend owns whenever I chose Aslong as no one else was trying it also.

Share Play is awsome and I hope it comes to X1 in some form because people with friends would probably enjoy playing local multiplayer only games online with there friends across the world. It's kinda a nice thing if you actually thought about it or read
about it.

 

Ok end of. Stop assuming I haven't read up on it just because I don't think its that good.

 

One last thing FarCry 4 is online co-op only! The Share Play applys to offline local multiplayer. So try and understand if you want to argue about something being useless.

 

Unless your friend has magic powers and can transport himself to your couch then its not offline at all.

Requires PS+(internet)requires stream as no download or ownership needed(internet).Seems to be its an online service.You can argue all you want about local multiplayer but it turns out to be online coop without owning the game much like Far Cry4 keys set
up but without the need for codes. . Now much like Microsoft Family share Sony haven't mention how much play time you get to do this and if there is a timer on it,so as all should be treated equally in these situations,i'm going to just say its lies and will only be timed
coop on certain games. So once again this amounts to nothing more than Coop play with a friend on certain games that support it which requires PS+ and an internet connection. The only other NEW feature is the ability to take over someones Single player game
but also requires PS+ and and internet connection. I think i understand completely.

 

Now back on topic.

My biggest disappointment from MS was that its only selected games that get Digital Preorder/preload and not every game from here on out. I dont get why they are dragging there feet on this.

It may go to PC but I'd still be surprised if it ever ends up on PS4

 

if they have the option i doubt they wouldnt money talks and ps4 does have a massive user base but i wouldnt mind if we get silent hills
