    Whats wrong XBOX?


    I don't know if this has been said yet, but... What is up with XBOX not having the second episode of resident evil revelations 2 yet? This happened with the first episode also. Playstation 4 has the first and second episode. Today is the official release
    day, The first episode on XBOX was about a day late, when PS4 got it the previous night (at midnight) Does someone or can someone tell me as to why its taking XBOX longer to add it to their marketplace?

    Suspensions are lifted at approximately the same time of day they were enforced. So if you were suspended at 6 pm, then you'll be able to play around 6 pm.

    Sony paid to have it released before the Xbox had their release.

    This happens on about 75% of all DLC released nowadays. (When I say this happens, I mean one company has the DLC released before the other console.)

    That sucks, the release date is the same on every site I've seen console wide. You'd think that if PS4 paid for an earlier release, not only should playstation complain that microsoft is stating the game releases on XBOX is the same as the PS4, playstation
    should have also noted it releases X amount of hours or days before XBOX, if i would have known this, i would have bought the season pass on Playstation instead of XBOX. Oh well, live and learn. I won't make that mistake again. Shame on xbox for not properly
    letting their trusted customers know the actual release.

    The enforcement team does not ban simply based on complaints. They investigate said complaints to determine if they are valid or not before any action is taken.

    Per the terms of service they are not obligated to show specific evidence.

    Your friend also did get a chance to repeal his case and provide any info that could help his case. That was what his case review was for but he chose to use that chance to threaten Microsoft instead of defend his case.

    If he filed a case review and it was upheld then that means they investigated his case twice now and confirmed it was warranted.
