    What's wrong with my account?

    Why can't I purchase borderlands 2 with games with gold? When I try to purchase it on my Xbox one, it says I can't make the purchase on the website even though I'm not on it.

    XBOX Live won't let me buy a gold membership.

    My old xbox live account wouldn't let me renew my account, so I created a new live account. It says I'm a free member. I tried upgrading to gold but everytime I do it comes up with an error, Anyone know what's wrong?

    Same here - XBOX says 8015D003 - so now what? MS doesn't offer me a clue what can be wrong with my account .... and XBOX Live says there is something wrong with my MS account ...

    Something went wrong

    I have this same problem, brand new sub code for xbox live and "something went wrong" no problems on my account, tried it both on the PC and on the Xbox... just returns "Something went wrong"... useful... not.

    Does anybody know what is going on with this?
