    What's wrong with my sign in?


    they disconnected my internet at my house and I'm trying to play a game and it says that I need to sign in to play but when I try to sign in to my xbox account its takes me to a loading screen and then to another screen that's says nothing but send feedback
    and cancel. This all happened today. Please help I can't play any of my games cause of this.

    What's wrong with my internet?

    I wanted to play a song with the Groove app at Xbox Live, but when I selected the song I instantly got an error. It says:

    The Xbox service isn't available right now. Please try angain later. (status=807B01F4).

    I looked at the support page of this error and did everything that was on it. My Xbox Live connection is OK, I tested it. Can anyone help me out?

    Why can't I purchase borderlands 2 with games with gold? When I try to purchase it on my Xbox one, it says I can't make the purchase on the website even though I'm not on it.

    If you don't currently have an internet connection you'll want to put the console into Offline Mode. This guide

    HERE     will show you how to do that. Not all games will work in offline mode as some require a connection to the internet to operate, but any games that can be played offline will be accessible.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Microsoft website access and Minecraft account.

    Kindly try to perform the following workarounds to fix the Microsoft website sign-in error:

    - Clearing the cache and cookies of your browser.
    - Changing browsers. (Specifically Google Chrome)
    - Disabling extensions / going incognito or in-private browsing.
    - Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.

    "Restart Minecraft.
    Open the in-game settings.
    Here select your profile.
