    So I picked up my mic one day and I plugged it in to my controller to only realize that it wasn't working. I had to twist the the cord in a certain direction to make it work. How do I fix this?

    Hi TPM,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. If you are needing to twist the wire for it to work. You will most likely need a replacement. Sounds like the wires within the cord are broken so you are needing to twist it for them to touch. As the copper
    wiring is very fine in the cable of the mic.

    You still haven't stated what is going wrong with your headphones. You only said that you have mic issues. What are the mic issues?

    The exact same thing happening with me aswell, but when I bought it the mic was working fine then a couple of months the mic just stopped working, I think its the controller cause thats what was wrong with my other headset aswell!
