hi Ethan, hopefully the suggestion I'm about to offer you in this response will be as helpful to you as it was to another individual i had given it to earlier that had a question regarding issues with his series x having WiFi related issues, but my theory is that it very well may help you as well being that they both are in the "counsel network adapter 'glitch'" type issue being experienced, so i believe this suggestion should be helpful to you as well, if you decide to give it a try, I'm hoping that you would be curious enough to reply back to inform me if it resolved your issue as well, this suggestion would pose no risk of negative repercussions if you do decide to give it a go, hence why I'm comfortable giving you this suggestion as a possible resolve, and get you back to where you are having a enjoyable gaming experience again. please read the solution to 'resetting the network interface sensing and current status reporting in the article in this link:

If you plug other devices into that cable and they work fine, are you able to move the console to another network such as a friends to see if it works there. This would rule out if its the console or the router/network.
