    What's wrong with my account?


    I haven't been able log in on Minecraft for a while, but today when I went to try and fix it, I ran into a new problem entirely. When I try to log in to Microsoft with my email, it says "We couldn't find an account with that username." However, when I go to create a new Microsoft account with the same email, it says I already have an account and gives me the option to recover my username. I click to recover my username and it sends a security code to my email, I enter the code it gives me the beginning of the username my account is associated with. The thing is, the letters it says the username begins with are not the ones that match my username I set for the account. Did my account get hacker? If so, how can I fix it?

    (The account I'm posting this on is not the account I'm having issues with.)

    You need to see if your account is accetable with the minimum age of the game.
