Whats wrong with my Account?

My xbox account was permanently suspended and when suspended you are supposed to forfeit all licenses under that account yet I can still access games and subscriptions on my other accounts on the same Xbox. What does this mean?

You need to see if your account is accetable with the minimum age of the game.

It was just posted on the Xbox status page that they’re investigating the issue

disconnect your account and connect it again, that will remove the error

If you have the console set as your Home, you can still access games on other accounts even if the account is suspended.
