What's wrong with Microsoft Solitaire??????

This the second day I haven't been able to play. All I get is a white screen. Who or Where do I go to complain and get help in fixing this problem.

Does anyone ever do anything about these issues? I tried re-loading several times and then restarted my computer. That finally got the ads working again - thank goodness : )

The real issue is that during the MSC Event, the timer started when I first got the white screen and added an extra 18 minutes to my time (once I got back in).

So, we should leave the white screen open and eventually the game will be visible for playing? I have the same problem since Tuesday.

What's wrong with Microsoft Jigsaw ? I've been trying for several weeks to play Microsoft Jigsaw. After choosing my puzzle, it starts to load, then suddenly the screen goes black, and the app completely down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game
twice, but it still wont work. Somewhere, I saw comments that others were having the same issue. I also tried to play using my daughter's computer, and that didn't work either, so I know it's not a problem on my end. I've been playing Jigsaw for several
years, and really enjoy this app, but this situation is so frustrating. Please tell me you are working to resolve this problem.

This should fix it (Reset App Data)

This will delete your progress but it will sync back after re-launching if you are playing the game while signed in on Xbox Live. before.

Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Click Microsoft Solitaire Collection > Advance options > Reset

I found this answer on someone else's post. Sorry I can't remember who it was, but it worked for me after blank screen for 4 days.

First go to "settings" (the settings on your main computer not solitaire game settings) and select "apps"

under "apps and features" find the Microsoft Solitaire Collection app and click on it

you will see "Advanced Options" in blue, click on that link

you will then see the "Reset" and click on it.

When you first go back to the game it will ask something about using this PC previously, just select yes

I didn't lose any information on previous games...

It worked for me.

This does not solve the problem. I am not seeing where there are any updates available. Do you have any other suggestions?
