What's with the sales??

Idk if this is the right place to post but I just wanted to see if anyone agrees that Microsoft (or whoever is in charge of sales) has God awful sales. Why is it that games that are 3-5 years old are having sales now? Like go on steam and you'll find NEW
games on sale for Christmas and whatnot. Like honestly I don't understand why games like MW3 are $60 like wtf are you guys smoking?! I have like 10 copies of it just layin around because its such a common game. I guess because a new black ops came out so CoD
gets a bump in value. And STOP SAYING BF4 DLC FOR SALE THEN SHOW ME SHORTCUT PACKS LIKE C'MON.

I only play TBoGT - so I can't speak for the other Multiplayer games.



Suddenly, there has been a MASSIVE influx of modders. Literally, nearly every room I enter there's a modder.



It's getting annoying, something needs to be done.

 

It's the publisher who has the last say on the game prices of digital downloads on the Xbox Marketplace, not Microsoft. Just because a PC game on steam is x amount, does not mean its Xbox version has to be the same price.

 

WTF are you talking about? Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb raider, Rainbow 6 Siege, Assassins Creed Syndicate , Elite Dangerous, Destiny Taken King, MGSV are all on sale right now and they have all been released in the last 3 months. THEY ARE NEW.

BATTLEFIELD 4 PREMIUM WHICH COMES WITH ALL ADD ON EXPANSION MAPS WAS JUST ON SALE LAST WEEK FOR 60% OFF.

You complain about them having old games on sale yet you complain that MW3 (a game that is 4 years old) is NOT on sale?

I loved the sales. I picked up the final piece of DLC for Dragon Age, the first episode of King's Quest for only $1.99, and the Goosebumps game for half off.

 

I haven't noticed all the "new game" sales. I play the 360 and 30% sales don't seem that appealing when if I just got a pc I would only be paying like $20 for games like fo4 and can even get it free. I just don't think any cod, and he'll even destiny are
worth paying full price. And about taken king, its still like $40 I'm not a chump I don't pay for cut content u-u at least not more than half of the games full retail price.

I also suspected the publisher set prices. Same with the games with gold I think. That would explain all the *** games they give us for free
