what's with the bingo site ????!!!!!!

I haven't been able to get into bingo for a week. someone said they were going to close it and i just can't believe it. I have been on the site for years and it is a relaxing game that i enjoy greatly. Hopefully, the fix the site and keep it going so it can be enjoyed by all. I know that when i play there are alot of people in the room i am in so it can't be that it isn't being visited by members. Please help me get the word to microsoft that we want our site back.

Bingo is now shut down, hence why you cannot get on it.

From the very beginning,

Valid bingos are not scored. In fact, in my case: my bingos are counted in the end of game reward; they are reported in list of all bingos to the left of the screen during a game; but they produce not a "Bingo" happy picture, but a red cross and 10s delay
as if there was no bingos on field. Auto-bingo also does not seem to work (not sure in this point, as soon as I can't say what is normal behavior, but no "Bingo" picture also).

XBox connection is established, Facebook is not used.
