What's upp with the controller bumpers?

Hi!

I bought an Xbox One about a week ago and the first thing I noticed was that the "B" button on the controller didn't work at all. Everything else was totally okey with the controller and it felt very comfortable. I went back to the store and they replaced
it with a new one.

The new controller works perfect, but I really hate the bumpers on it, both RB and LB. They are not even close to as the other controller was. I'm used to pressing pretty high up on the bumpers, but with the new controller it's so hard (pressing it down)
I cant even do it without adding 10x force in the finger. The only place on the bumpers where it feel normal is on the edges. Neither my broken "B" controller, or my friend's controller who bought it the same day are as hard as my new one. Lets say the others
are more like the 360-controllers. This is for sure something I won't get used to. Should I go back for even another one? Read this was normal but then why weren't my old or my friends controller like this?

I cannot use the new UHM weapon on screen it says restricted in upper right corner on multiplayer only.........gives me AE4 ........what's up with this ???????

for the adaptive controller there are different ways to mount it and different things can connect to it.
